1. What we collect

Information you send us. When you contact us through WhatsApp or other channels linked from this site, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, company, project details and the products you are interested in.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages are viewed and which contact buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as approximate location, device and browser type. It does not give us your name or phone number.

2. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and provide demos.
• To deliver, install and support products and services you purchase.
• To improve this website and our offerings.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business (such as WhatsApp / Meta for messaging, Google for analytics and Cloudflare for website hosting), or where required by law.

4. Platform users

Personal data processed inside the Splinergy energy management platform (for example tenant accounts, usage and payment records) is handled under the agreement with the property owner or operator using the platform.

5. Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

6. Your choices and rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing communications. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
